Postage policy
I aim to post either same day or next day by first class Royal Mail. I only charge you the actual postage costs. Up to 4 polishes for £3.
I send out all orders in padded envelopes, i also bubble wrap the polishes together and wrap them in tissue paper for even more padding.
Refunds
I will not give any refunds on polishes unless there is a problem with any of them, i'm confident there won't be as I use glitter/base from reliable suppliers and all glitters have been tested in the base I use for a long period of time. If I accidentally send you the wrong polish/order out i will refund your postage costs to send it back to me and i will send the correct polish out to you free of charge to cover any inconvenience caused!
Gifts
If you want me to send a gift straight to someone directly, leave a comment in the message section and i won't include an invoice, i can also add a little message to it if you leave that in the message section too!
